The Buffa Farm was established in 2014 in the Kandıra district of Kocaeli to produce worldwide known cheese varieties of Italy -- such as burrata, mozzarella and ricotta -- in their most possible original form and deliver the best products to consumers in the most convenient manner. Covering approximately 7 hectares of land, our facility was built with inspiration from traditional Italian architecture. All the products are made by using the milk of water buffaloes brought from Italy to Turkey.  Consisting of different sections such as the milking shed enabling automatic milking processes, a hayloft, and an office for the staff, our facility is also home to various tasting sessions that we organize for the guests we host at the farm.
