The Kandıra region, where our farm is located, is famous for its water buffaloes and water buffalo yoghurt. 100% water buffalo yoghurt is made using our daily produced milk. We owe our yoghurt’s thick texture and intense flavor to the natural and traditional fermentation of fresh water buffalo milk immediately after milking. 
 
Much healthier compared to cow’s yoghurt, water buffalo yoghurt has natural antibiotic properties. Its lactose content is low. It also helps with a strong immune system as it contains high amounts of calcium, protein, magnesium, zinc, and vitamins B12, A and E.
