This was when we started our journey to “produce the best cheese in the most original form following the most appropriate technique. Since then, our cheese-making machines imported from Italy have run under the supervision of Italian cheese masters boasting over 20 years of experience to produce delicious cheese varieties using the milk of our water buffaloes brought from Italy. In addition to globally known cheese varieties of Italy such as burrata, mozzarella, ricotta and mascarpone, we produce traditional flavors from Turkey, including water buffalo kaymak, water buffalo yoghurt, and water buffalo butter. While all the products are produced freshly on a daily basis, we deliver them to consumers within 24 hours of production via special refrigerated vehicles.
