Mix broccoli, zucchini slices, carrots and red onions with spices and olive oil.
Add boiled chickpeas and mix.
Bake until they turn brown on top in a pre-heated oven at 180°C.
After taking them out and wait until they are cool, lay mini mozzarella on top.
Decorate with roasted sesame seeds before serving.

4 fresh carrots
1 red onion
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon curry

400 g boiled chickpeas
3 teaspoons of olive oil
250 g Buffa Manda Mini Mozzarella
1 coffee spoon roasted sesame seeds
